Arachnospace accepts no liability arising from errors (including typographical) contained in, or any omissions from, this website. By accessing and using the website you confirm your acceptance of these terms and conditions, which may be changed without notice.
Prices shown on the site for any products or services offered are subject to change without notice. Any price changes will be notified and confirmed to you before dispatch to give you the opportunity to cancel your order.
Prices shown for products on the site are not inclusive of delivery charge.
Sale/Despatch

Arachnospace endeavours to dispatch all in stock items within 72 hours. UK delivery is usually made by Royal Mail Tracked 48 With Signature (excluding weekends and bank holidays).
Pre-order items will be despatched within the timescale/s under each item listing. Should any delays occur, we will keep you updated.

Please note that we will ship all your items (in stock and pre-order) at the same time. We will wait for pre orders to come in before we ship the rest of your order. If you need an enclosure urgently that is not pre order status, please contact us and we can arrange separate shipping, at your expense.
Goods must be paid for in full prior to dispatch or at time of pre-ordering.
All products offered are subject to availability and we cannot guarantee availability of the products listed.
Payment shall be taken on our behalf by SumUp by credit or debit card, Klarna and Paypal.

Delivery
​
On receipt of your goods please check the items carefully and notify us immediately of any items that are incorrect or incomplete.
In the event of receiving damaged goods, you must notify us immediately and we may ask you to confirm this in writing. Do not return the goods unless instructed by us and retain the goods and packaging until the carrier has had an opportunity to review them. We will ask you to provide us with photographs of the outer postal packaging as well as the product packaging and item.
We cannot accept any liability for delayed or non-delivery of goods due to misinformation or an incorrectly supplied delivery address or a mistake by the carrier.
If a parcel is returned to Arachnospace due to an incomplete or incorrect delivery address supplied by you, the customer, Arachnospace reserves the right to charge the appropriate carriage fee to re-send.
If you do not wish the goods to be re-sent Arachnospace will, at our discretion, refund the value of the goods, but not the original carriage fee.
Arachnospace accepts no liability for goods required for a specified date, which fail to arrive due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Arachnospace will always do the best to achieve your deadline but please order in sufficient time for time-critical items.

EU Orders
​
All orders whose intrinsic value is up to 150 EUR (£125.00) shipped to European Union (EU) countries will be delivered with all applicable taxes fully paid. When placing your order, you pay the total amount, which includes all relevant taxes and shipping fees at the checkout. This means that no additional payments will be necessary upon delivery of your order within the EU. We handle all necessary customs clearance procedures to ensure a seamless and hassle-free delivery experience for our EU customers.

EU orders over 150 EUR (£125.00) and NON EU orders of ANY value.​

​Orders over 150 EUR must be placed by sending us an email to info@arachnospace.com. Please list each item, size and quantity you require along with your name, delivery address, mobile number and email address. We will calculate the total cost, including shipping, for you and send you an invoice. Goods will not ship until the full invoice is paid in full. Any orders placed directly on the website and not via email over 150 Euros will be cancelled and refunded.

Local import taxes, duties and other costs for customs clearance will be your responsibility for all orders placed over 150 EUR (£125). You will be contacted by to arrange payment of all these fees before your order is delivered to you. If you do not understand and agree to pay all of these fees, then please do NOT place an order.
We cannot be held responsible for any orders that are seized, impounded or have additional duty charged on them by Customs.

Returns
​
​You have the right to return products within 14 days of delivery. These must be unopened and unused and in their original packaging.

Unwanted goods that have been correctly supplied will only be accepted for return at our discretion. You must contact us for authorisation before returning any items. It will be your responsibility to ensure the goods are returned unopened and in a re-saleable condition. Arachnospace regrets we are unable to refund any carriage costs.
All images, photographs or written material used on the www.arachnospace.com website may not be reproduced, copied, stored or used in any way whatsoever without the prior written agreement and permission of Arachnospace. You may download and temporarily store pages in order to view them, for your own personal, non-commercial use.
